Procurement of 11KV Pin Insulator

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) is inviting bids for the procurement of 11KV Pin Insulators to be delivered at MEPCO Regional Stores located in Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, and D.G Khan. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is governed by the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and related regulations. The procurement method is National Single Stage-One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Items being procured: - 11KV Pin Insulator (Quantity: 27,500 units) - 11KV Pin Insulator (Quantity: 27,500 units) The supply is on Free Delivery at Store (FCS) basis inclusive of all taxes, duties, 0.5% inspection charges, and GST. Delivery schedule requires 50% quantity to be supplied within 60 days or earlier and the remaining 50% within 90 days or earlier. Inspection will be conducted at the supplier's premises by the Chief Engineer (M.I) Lahore or authorized representatives along with MEPCO officials. Visual inspection will also be carried out at the regional stores. The supplied material must conform to WAPDA/PEPCO/NTDC specifications P-0006:76 (amended to date). Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR, compliance with WAPDA/PEPCO purchase procedures, submission of bid security, and no blacklisting by WAPDA or DISCOs. Bidders must have satisfactory past performance with MEPCO or other DISCOs. The bid validity period is 75 days, and bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 10:45 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline to MEPCO Complex, Wapda Colony, Khanewal Road, Multan. Performance security of 5% of the contract value is required upon award. Payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees against actual invoices and delivery documents. Partial deliveries and payments are allowed.
