Tender Description
The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) through its Project Management Unit (PMU) is procuring 132KV Circuit Breakers for 132KV Capacitor Banks to be delivered at their warehouse on Khanewal Road, Multan. This procurement is part of the financial year 2026-27 operations and is governed by the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The tender reference number is P55313.

The technical specifications require compliance with NTDC P-192:94 (amended up to date) and IEC standards. The circuit breakers must be supplied with all allied accessories and come with a minimum 2-year warranty. The delivery period is 120 days from the contract award. The scope includes manufacturing, testing, inspection, and delivery to MEPCO's warehouse in Multan.
Eligibility criteria include PEC registration, valid FBR/ATL registration, and proven experience with at least two contracts of similar or higher rating in the last 10 years. Bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline to the office of the Chief Engineer (Development) PMU MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan. Technical bids and financial bids are submitted separately through EPADS. The bid opening will be live on EPADS at 10:45 AM the same day.
