200KVA Distribution Transformers Supply

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) is procuring 200KVA Distribution Transformers for delivery to its regional stores in Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, and D.G. Khan. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the electrical distribution infrastructure in the Punjab region. The transformers must conform to the DDS-84:2020 specification (amended to-date) and be supplied on a free delivery basis to the consignee stores. The technical scope includes supply of 250 units of 200KVA distribution transformers with all taxes, duties, and 0.5% inspection charges included in the price but excluding GST. Delivery is scheduled in three phases: 30% within 60 days, 30% within 90 days, and the remaining 40% within 120 days or earlier.
