Supply of 220kV Towers with Leg Extensions for GEPCO Warehouse Wazirabad

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms including DISCOs, NTDC, WAPDA, GENCOs, and PPMC authorized dealers, manufacturers, and suppliers for the supply of 220kV towers with leg extensions. The procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and delivery is to be made at the GEPCO Warehouse in Wazirabad, Punjab. Items being procured: - 220kV EA+O Tower (Complete) 5 Nos. - Stubs for 220kV EA+O Tower 1 Set - 4-Meter Leg Extension EA+O Tower 8 Nos. - 8-Meter Leg Extension EA+O Tower 4 Nos. - Landatative Tower L-60 7 Nos. - 220kV EG+O Tower (Complete) 12 Nos. - Stubs for 220kV EG+O Tower 2 Sets - 2-Meter Leg Extension EG+O Tower 4 Nos. - 6-Meter Leg Extension EG+O Tower 12 Nos. - 8-Meter Leg Extension EG+O Tower 8 Nos. The technical scope includes supply of complete 220kV towers and associated leg extensions with specified quantities. The delivery period is 120 days from the purchase order issuance date. Bidders must submit bids through the EPADS v2.0 platform using a single stage-two envelope procedure under the Least Cost Based Selection method in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bid security in the form of pay order, bank guarantee, or demand draft is mandatory. Only type-tested equipment from designated laboratories as per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023 will be accepted. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered and prequalified with relevant authorities and have an average annual turnover of PKR 50 million for EA+O tower items and PKR 92 million for EG+O tower items over the last three years. Bid validity must be 150 days with bid guarantee valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Bidders should be FBR registered and comply with all tender conditions. The bid opening date is 3rd August 2026 at 11:00 AM for EA+O tower items and 11:05 AM for EG+O tower items. Submission must be electronic via EPADS before the deadline.
