Tender Description
The Export-Import Bank of Pakistan (EXIM Bank) invites bids for the procurement of five desktop computers equipped with Core 13th Generation Intel i5 processors, 16GB RAM, 512 SSD storage, Windows 11 Professional 64-bit licensed OS, and standard accessories including keyboard, mouse, and LED monitors. The desktops are to be delivered and installed at EXIM Bank offices in Islamabad (2 units) and Karachi (3 units) within one month of contract signing or purchase order issuance.
Bidders must be OEM-authorized partners or resellers, provide one-year on-site warranty, and ensure delivery on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal by December 5, 2025, 11:00 AM PST, with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM PST. The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under PPRA rules.
