Procurement of Dietary Items for OICD on Rate Contract Basis at Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi

Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS), Karachi invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of various dietary items for OICD on a rate contract basis. The contract is for a period of twelve months with possible extension based on performance. The procurement includes a wide range of food items such as grains, spices, cooking oil, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, poultry, and fish, to be delivered at DUHS Karachi within 15 days of contract award. Bidders must be registered with FBR/SRB and EPADS, and bids must be submitted electronically. The procurement follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended) under a single stage, one envelope procedure. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required. The contract price is fixed in Pakistani Rupees on a delivered duty paid (DDP) basis excluding GST.
