Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage Sukkur invites electronic bids from well-reputed companies, firms, suppliers, contractors, and service providers registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, having relevant experience in the respective fields. The procurement is for the convocation 2027 and includes the following items and services: - Printing material, medals and degree folders for Convocation 2027 - Photography, decoration and catering services for Convocation 2027 Bidders can download detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements from the EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.aprocure.gov.pk and the university website from September 21, 2026, to October 06, 2026. Interested bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 and a refundable fixed bid security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage. The original tender fee and bid security must reach the Procurement Officer at the university before the closing date and time. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before October 06, 2026, up to 01:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The electronic bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM. Only technically responsive and qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with SPP Rules 2010 and applicable regulations. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids ensuring compliance with all requirements and timely submission to avoid disqualification.
