Construction, Repair, Renovation and Maintenance Works for Water Supply, Sui Gas, Electrical and Building Infrastructure under GE Army Murree and 701 PWS AJK

This tender invites sealed bids for various construction, repair, renovation, and maintenance works related to internal and external water supply, Sui gas, electrical maintenance, decoration, mud plastering, and building infrastructure under GE Army Murree and 701 PWS in Azad Jammu & Kashmir. The scope includes supply of bazar materials for building and electrical works, new construction of buildings, roads, retaining walls, and repair/maintenance of specific buildings and electrical installations. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have relevant experience. Tender documents will be issued to qualified contractors, and tenders must be submitted by 18 December 2025 at 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Contractors may be present at the opening. Security deposit and other conditions apply as per MES rules.
