The Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi (HA) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible, well-reputed firms, contractors, and investors for the Construction, Operation, and Maintenance of Executive Washrooms on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis in Rawalpindi city. The project involves providing washrooms each measuring 15 ft × 20 ft (300 sq. ft.) at three specified locations: Rawal Park, Potohar Park, and Qari Khushi Muhammad Park. The tenure of the project is initially for 4 years, with a possibility of extension for an additional 4 years upon mutual consent. All facilities provided must be of the highest quality and state-of-the-art outlook to serve the public effectively. Items being procured: - Construction of Executive Washrooms (15 ft × 20 ft, 300 sq. ft. each) - Operation and Maintenance services for the washrooms - Locations: Rawal Park, Potohar Park, Qari Khushi Muhammad Park Interested parties must submit proposals including the proposed plan, financial documentation demonstrating financial worth, and previous relevant work experience details. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage Single Envelope System. A non-refundable EOI document fee of Rs. 5,000 is required for document collection from the office of Director Marketing, Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi during office hours until 15th October 2026. The submission deadline is 16th October 2026 by 1:00 AM, with the opening of bids on the same day at 11:30 AM at the Office of Director Marketing, HA Rawalpindi. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals as per applicable PPRA rules.
