Rehabilitation of Primary Schools, Imam Bargahs, Graveyards, Dargahs (10 Units) Taluka Larkano Remaining Work

The Education Works Division Larkano invites bids for the rehabilitation of Primary Schools, Imam Bargahs, Graveyards, and Dargahs comprising 10 units in Taluka Larkano under the 2025-26 programme at GBPS Ghulam Bhutto Larkano. This procurement is funded by the District ADP 2026-27 with an allocation of Rs. 2.780 Million. The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, removing plaster, applying floating coats, excavation, brick work, reinforced cement concrete, fabrication of steel reinforcement, laying marble flooring and tiles, cement plastering, wood joinery, painting, and water supply installations. Items being procured: - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 - Removing cement plaster of lime plaster - Applying floating coat of cement - Excavation in foundation including dressing and refilling - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth - Reinforced cement concrete work including shuttering and curing - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement - Cement sand mortar work - Supplying filling sand under floor plugging - Providing and fixing G.I frames/chowkats for doors and windows - Cement plaster 1:6 and 1:4 - Kail wood joinery for doors and windows - Cement concrete plain including placing and curing - Laying Verona marble flooring and fixing marble tiles - Laying floors with glazed tiles - Providing and laying cement concrete topping - Lying Murmur floor - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring - Supplying and fixing iron/steel grills - White washing, priming coat, distempering, and painting - Water supply items including W.C. pans, pillar cocks, bib-cocks, stop cocks, chambers for house meters, fiber glass tank, and UPVC pipes with fittings The technical scope covers all materials, labor, and workmanship required for the complete rehabilitation of the specified units. The work site is located in Taluka Larkano, District Larkano. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, professional tax, registration with Sindh Revenue Board and FBR, PEC registration where applicable, and relevant experience with at least one similar work costing 80% of the estimated cost or two works each costing 50%. Bidders must provide bid security of 5% of the bid amount and comply with all bidding document requirements. The bid submission deadline and opening will be as notified in the NIT at the office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division Larkano near High Court Building, CMC Road Larkano. The contract completion period is 12 months from the written order to commence. Liquidated damages of 0.05% per day apply for delays.
