Rehabilitation of DDMA Warehouse Larkano (01 Unit)

The Education Works Division Larkano invites bids for the Rehabilitation of DDMA Warehouse Larkano (01 Unit) under the District ADP 2026-27 funding. This procurement is for comprehensive civil works including dismantling, excavation, concrete work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, painting, and installation of iron grills and rolling shutters at the DDMA Warehouse site in Larkano city, Sindh province. Items being procured: - Dismantling 2nd Class tile roofing (440 P.Cft) - Dismantling rolled steel beam (16 P.Cft) - Removing doors with chowkats (2 Nos) - Removing windows and skylights with chowkats (2 Nos) - Dismantling brick work in lime or cement mortar (1223 P.Cft) - Excavation in foundation including watering and ramming (1708 P.Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1:4:8 and 1:5:10 (457 and 756 P.Cft) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth (202 P.Cft) - Reinforced cement concrete work in roof slab, beams, columns etc. (1439 P.Cft) - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement (64 P.Cwt) - Supplying and filling sand under floor and plugging in walls (3623 P.Cft) - Pacca brick work in ground floor (1047 P.Cft) - Providing and fixing G.I frames/chowkats for windows (87 P.Rft) - M.S bar ordinary (0.855 P-Cwt) - Cutting and fixing iron bars for barred windows (18 P-Sft) - Supplying and fixing iron/steel grill (9 P.Sft) - Providing and fixing iron steel grill door (85 P.Sft) - Making and fixing G.I sheet rolling shutter (85 P.Sft) - Cement plaster 1:6 and 1:4 (4019 P.Sft each) - Providing and laying polythene sheet for waterproofing (125 P.Sft) - Kail wood joinery in doors and windows (80 P.Sft) - Cement concrete plain (135 P.Cft) - Laying Verona marble flooring (792 P.Sft) - Fixing marble tiles in dado/skirting (612 P.Sft) - Providing and laying 1" thick cement concrete topping (312 and 1113 P.Sft) - Two coats of bitumen with sand (1113 P.Sft) - Providing and fixing precast edge block (50 P.Sft) - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring (2550 P.Sft) - White washing three coats (792 P.Sft) - Priming coat of chalk under distemper (2448 P.Sft) - Distempering three coats (2448 P.Sft) - Painting with weather coat (1500 P.Sft) - Painting new surface doors and windows (96 P.Sft) - Painting guard bars, gates, iron bars (341 P.Sft) The scope includes all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the rehabilitation work as per the specifications and standards outlined in the bidding documents. The work site is located near the High Court Building, CMC Road, Larkano. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category CE-10 for works above Rs. 4 million, be on the active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR or Sindh Revenue Board, and meet the minimum qualification criteria including financial turnover, experience, and equipment availability. A bid security of 5% of the bid amount in the form of Call Deposit is required. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division Larkano near High Court Building, CMC Road Larkano by the deadline as notified in the NIT. The bid validity period is 90 days. The contract completion time is 12 months from the date of commencement. Liquidated damages of 0.05% per day apply for delays.
