Supply and Installation of 5KW Solar System at Nazimabad Office Karachi

Nashar Memon Cooperative Housing Society Limited Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible contractors and suppliers for the supply and installation of a 5KW solar system at the society office located in Nazimabad, Karachi. The scope of work includes the complete supply, installation, and commissioning of a 5KW solar power system, ensuring uninterrupted power supply for the office operations. Items being procured: - Supply of 5KW solar system (complete set) - Installation and commissioning of the solar system - Provision of all necessary wiring and accessories - Testing and handover of the operational system The contractor must ensure the use of high-quality solar panels, inverters, batteries (if required), and all related electrical components. The installation site is the society office in Nazimabad, Karachi, and the work must be completed within the stipulated time frame as per the society's requirements. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and should have prior experience in similar solar installation projects. Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft equivalent to 2% of the bid amount must be submitted along with the bid. Bids without Earnest Money will not be considered. The last date for submission of bids is 15 September 2026 by 5:00 PM at the society office. Bids will be opened on the same day at 5:30 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.
