Repair and Renovation Works Including Electrical and Furniture Maintenance for GE (Navy) Lahore and NCW Lahore

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for various repair, replacement, and maintenance works under the GE (Navy) Lahore. The tender covers a wide range of civil, electrical, and furniture repair works at multiple locations including NCW Lahore, PNR, SC Faisalabad, and other sites. The tender submission deadline is 24 September 2026 at 11:30 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Items being procured: - Renovation of E-Testing Lab including washroom and commode - Repair/replacement of aluminum windows and false ceiling at PNR & SC Faisalabad - Renovation of office and paint/distemper work at PNR & SC Faisalabad - Repair/maintenance of B type house at PNS Punjab NCSA Lahore - Renovation of multiple blocks (A-2, A-3, A-7, A-8, A-1, A-4, B-10, B-11, B-12, B-13, B-7, B-8, B-9, B-4, B-5, B-1, B-2, B-3, B-6, A-5, A-6, A-12) at NCW Lahore - Replacement of wall paneling media wall pantry etc. at NCW Lahore - Repair/replacement of miscellaneous items in VFQ 1, 2, 3 & 4 at NCW Lahore - Decoration work of E block internal side at NCW Lahore - Repair/replacement of marble in Jamia Masjid Hazrat Ali (RA) at NCW Lahore - Repair/maintenance of electric items with fitting/fixture at various blocks and buildings at NCW Lahore - Repair/replacement/improvement of LT cable from CNS suit to PNWC building and from DG room to backside of PNWC building at NCW Lahore - Repair/renovation of electric and water supply items with fitting/fixture of automation system and washrooms of VFQ No. 384 PCM at NCW Lahore - Repair/maintenance of U/S electric and water supply items with fitting/fixture of exhaust fans and lights at various blocks at NCW Lahore - Repair/maintenance, polishing, and re-cushioning of furniture at multiple locations including PNR, SC, Jamia Masjid, Syndicates PNWC, and security block - Replacement of tiles, cupboards, grinding/polishing of floors at various locations including NFRO BWP and PNS Punjab - Electrical works including repair/replacement/maintenance of lifts, internal and external electrification services, water filtration plant, water supply and Sui gas services, artificer work at various locations under GE (Navy) Lahore The scope includes civil, electrical, and furniture maintenance works across multiple sites. Contractors must be registered with PEC and have valid FBR registration and NTN. Only firms on the approved MES list or other government departments with relevant experience may apply. Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or Pay Order is required. Contractors suspended or not pre-qualified by MES will not be considered. The tender submission deadline is strictly 24 September 2026 by 11:30 AM, with bids opening at 12:00 PM at the MES office.
