Tender Description
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (Procurement Department) Karachi invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of sludge submersible pumps and related equipment under contract reference SSGC/LP/EPADS2/NR/2186292 (Sludge Submersible Pump 2). The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with expected commencement in May 2027. Items being procured include:
- Sludge Submersible Pump, size 2 inch diameter
- 10 meters submersible cable
- Pump capacity 80 to 120 gallons per minute
- Discharge height 20 to 30 feet
- Power rating 1 to 2 HP, 220 to 240 volts
The technical scope covers supply of pumps and cables suitable for sludge operations with specified discharge and power ratings. Bidders must be registered with FBR (NTN and GSTN) and submit all tender documents duly signed and stamped. Bid security or bid securing declaration is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 09:30 AM. Hard copy of bid security must be delivered to the procurement department office at DCM ST-4/B, Block 14, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM via EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted.
