Tender Description
The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites e-bids from firms and contractors for the contract involving the lifting of garbage from the transfer station located at Old Daewoo Bus Stop Peshawar Road to a trenching ground at Moza Chahan Chakri Road. The contract includes transportation and safe disposal of municipal solid waste using loading vehicles and dumpers over an approximate distance of 30 km.
The contract duration is two years, extendable by one year based on satisfactory performance. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals via the EPADS portal. The contract requires compliance with terms including daily clearance of the transfer station, maintenance of cleanliness, and adherence to penalties for non-compliance. The contractor is responsible for diesel/petrol and vehicle repairs, with price adjustments applicable for diesel fluctuations.
