Tender Description
The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the supply of Chemicals, Reagents, Glassware and Reference Standards for the National Control Laboratory for Biologicals (NCLB) during the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under the financial year 2026-27 budget and aims to equip the NCLB laboratory located at Prime Ministers National Health Complex, Park Road, Islamabad Capital Territory.
Items being procured include:
- Chemicals-I (laboratory consumables and chemicals)
- Chemicals-II (laboratory consumables and chemicals)
- Chemicals-III (laboratory consumables and chemicals)
- Chemicals-IV (laboratory consumables and chemicals)
- Reagents (laboratory consumables and chemicals)
- Kits (laboratory consumables and chemicals)
- Reference Standard-I (laboratory consumables and chemicals)
- Reference Standard-II (laboratory consumables and chemicals)
- Glasswares (laboratory consumables and chemicals)
- Miscellaneous items (laboratory consumables and chemicals)
The technical scope covers detailed specifications and quantities as per the annexure section of the bidding documents. Delivery is scheduled within 60 days to the NCLB laboratory in Islamabad. Bidders must ensure compliance with the required standards and provide certificates such as Certificate of Analysis (COAs) for reagents, and must be registered with relevant authorities including FBR and SECP where applicable. Experience of at least five years is required.
Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS. Original bid security must be submitted physically to the Prime Ministers National Health Complex before the deadline. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and review the tutorial available online to ensure proper submission.
A practical tip for bidders: Carefully review the detailed annexure for item specifications and ensure all required documents, including bid security and authorization certificates, are complete and submitted timely to avoid disqualification.
