Appointment of Consulting Firms (Architects and/or Engineers) to Vet & Approve Building Plans, Architectural and/or Structural/MEP Drawings for Industrial Buildings at PIDC Industrial Parks/SEZs in Sindh Province

Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC), a State-Owned Enterprise under the Ministry of Industries & Production, invites applications from reputed Consulting Firms (Architects and/or Engineers) registered with PEC and PCATP to form a panel for vetting and approving building plans, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings of industrial buildings at PIDC Industrial Parks and Special Economic Zones in Sindh Province. The scope includes vetting submissions and completions, issuance of completion/stability certificates, and adherence to SBCA by-laws. The appointment is for a yearly renewable license up to three years, subject to satisfactory performance and compliance with licensing fees and registration requirements. Firms must submit proposals electronically via PPRA EPADS by December 3, 2025, 11:00 AM, with bid security and supporting documents. The selection will be based on a detailed evaluation of eligibility, experience, key personnel, and financial criteria as per the tender document.
