Tender Description
The Inspector General of Sindh Prisons & Corrections Service Karachi invites bids for the supply of uniform articles for the year 2025-2026. The procurement includes items such as blue warm jackets, combat boots, ladies' black oxford shoes, and raincoats. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) with original bid security submitted in sealed envelope to the office. The contract requires delivery within 60 days of award at Old Sindh Prisons Staff Training Institute Nara Hyderabad. Technical proposals will be evaluated first, followed by financial proposals of technically qualified bidders. The bid security amount is Rs. 15,00,000 and the bid validity period is 90 days. Samples and lab test fees must be submitted with the technical proposal. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as per SPPRA rules. The contract includes strict quality and delivery conditions with penalties for delays and breach of contract.
