Tender Description
Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad, seeks to hire a Tax Consultant Firm to provide advisory services on tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with federal and provincial taxation laws in Pakistan. The firm will act as an advisor on a retainer basis, offering expertise in tax calculations, filing, and statutory requirements.
The procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible firms must have at least 15 years of professional experience, satisfactory Quality Control Rating from ICAP, and proven experience with public sector organizations. Proposals must be submitted via the e-PADS online portal by the specified deadline, with a proposal security as required.
