Tender Description
This tender invites reputable firms or contractors to provide façade cleaning and maintenance services for the NEPRA Tower located in Islamabad. The scope includes cleaning of external glass, tiles, stone finishes, glass doors, terraces, and related maintenance tasks using specialized equipment and safety measures.
The contract period is three years, extendable by one year subject to satisfactory performance. The tender process follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure with technical and financial evaluation based on quality plus cost criteria.
