Renovation Work of Cabinet Room and Chamber at 7th Floor Sindh Secretariat Building No I Karachi Part-II

The Provincial Buildings Division-II Sindh Secretariat Karachi invites bids for the renovation work of the Cabinet Room and Chamber located at the 7th Floor of Sindh Secretariat Building No I Karachi (Part-II). This procurement is specifically for civil and building maintenance works to upgrade and refurbish the designated office spaces. Items being procured: - Providing and fixing 6mm thick mirror glass of Saint Gobain with polished teak wooden frame and termite proofing on ply sheet (Washroom Area) - Providing, making and fixing toilet cubical CDL doors in 12mm thick fiberboard with all fixing arrangements and hardware (Washroom Area) - Providing and fixing approved quality door handles and locks (Corridor Area) - Providing and fixing approved quality door closers - Providing, fitting and fixing glazed aluminum windows with anodized finish, sliding/fixed with fly screen and imported safety glass (Washroom Side) - Providing and applying three coats of approved Water Mate / Matt Emulsion Paint on internal walls and ceilings including surface preparation The scope includes all materials, labor, tools, scaffolding, and final cleanup as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The work must comply with the specifications and drawings provided by the Architect and Engineer. The contract duration is three months from the date of commencement. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and PEC where applicable. Bid security of 5% of the bid amount is required, which will convert into performance guarantee upon award. Income tax at 8% will be deducted from bills. Bidders must submit sealed bids by 16-11-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division-II, Sindh Secretariat Karachi. Bids will be opened on the same day and venue. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all bid documents are complete and bid security is in the prescribed form to avoid rejection.
