The Provincial Buildings Division-II Sindh Secretariat Karachi invites bids for the renovation work of the Cabinet Room and Chamber located at the 7th Floor of Sindh Secretariat Building No I Karachi (Part-III). This procurement is specifically for high-quality renovation works including flooring and window installations to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the office space. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of high-quality semi-solid wood flooring covering 263.06 P/Sft with proper surface preparation, underlay, cutting, fitting, jointing, and finishing to provide a natural wooden appearance and durability suitable for residential and office areas. - Supply and installation of high-quality bullet-resistant glass windows covering 36.00 P/Sft including strong frame, fixing, sealing, and finishing to provide enhanced security and protection against impact while maintaining a clear and professional appearance. - Providing and fixing approved quality wooden windows as directed by the Architect/Engineer covering 83.00 P/Sft. The technical scope includes all materials and workmanship to be in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings provided by the Executive Engineer. The site is located at the Sindh Secretariat Karachi, and the contractor is responsible for water arrangements and ensuring no cartage or premium payments on non-schedule items. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration where applicable, FBR/ATL registration, and relevant experience. Earnest money in the form of 5% bid security is required, which will be converted into performance guarantee after successful bidding. The contract period is three months from the written order to commence work.
