Tender Description
The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) invites bids for the provision of janitorial services at NEPRA Tower, Islamabad. The contract includes daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning of the building, including basements, external areas, washrooms, lifts, furniture, and other specified areas. The scope also covers provision and maintenance of cleaning equipment and waste disposal bins.
The contract duration is three years with an option to extend for one additional year based on satisfactory performance. The contract requires deployment of 28 janitors including female workers and a supervisor, working six days a week for eight hours per day. The contractor is responsible for uniforms, wages, social security, and compliance with NEPRA's code of conduct.
