Tender Description
Air University Islamabad invites sealed tenders for the provisioning of consumables for the Electrical & Computer Engineering Department. The procurement follows a single stage two envelopes bidding procedure requiring submission of technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes.
Tender documents are available from 1st December 2025 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000. Bids must be submitted by 19th December 2025 at 1100 hours, with technical bids opening the same day at 1130 hours. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Public Procurement Rules (2004).
