Tender Description
This tender invites bids for comprehensive renovation works at the EXIM Bank Head Office located on the 5th floor of the Evacuee Trust Complex, Islamabad. The scope includes civil, electrical, HVAC, and allied electromechanical works, including dismantling, installation of glass partitions, false ceilings, furniture, and HVAC VRF systems.
The project duration is one month with a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled on 26th November 2025. Bidders must be PEC licensed firms with relevant specialization codes and meet financial and technical eligibility criteria. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS with original bid security submitted physically before the deadline.
