Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT), Advance System Rebuild Factory, invites sealed bids from eligible firms for indigenous development and supply of electronic and instrument printed circuit boards for A-Veh. The requirement is offered as one package and will be awarded to one most advantageous bidder. Bids must support prototype qualification, bulk delivery, testing, technical documentation, test benches or jigs, training, troubleshooting, and long-term logistic support.

Firms require NTN, relevant registration, eligibility certification, technical capability, financial soundness, and non-blacklisting status. Bid security is 2 percent for registered or indexed firms and 5 percent for unregistered or un-indexed firms, through CDR; a **PKR 2,000** postal order is also mandatory. Active taxpayer status and ATL compliance apply. Submit original and copies in separate sealed technical, financial, and security envelopes to ASRF, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt, by **24 August 2026 at 1100 hours**. Technical bids open at **1130 hours** the same day.
