Supply of Spares and Engine Assembly for EME and Al-Khalid Tanks

The Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of specific spares and engine assemblies. Firms not registered must provide manufacturing or agency agreements. A challan form no. 32-A for Rs 2000/- must be deposited into Government Treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. Bid security of 5% of the quoted value (maximum Rs. 1 Million) must be submitted via bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi as earnest money. Offers must remain valid for 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of the store value is required within 30-45 days of contract signing.
