Procurement of (96/27) AAC ANT Conductor by Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO)

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of AAC ANT Conductor under contract reference P85393 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed in Multan, Punjab, and bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 platform by Monday, September 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 12:30 PM. Items being procured: - AAC ANT Conductor, Quantity: 1394 Km The scope includes supply of AAC ANT Conductor conforming to WAPDA/PEPCO/NTDC specifications P-50:80 (amended to date). Delivery is scheduled in three phases: 30% within 60 days, 30% within 90 days, and 40% within 120 days or earlier. Prices quoted must be fixed, inclusive of all taxes, duties, 0.5% inspection charges, and GST, on a Free Consignee Store (FCS) basis at MEPCO Regional Stores in Multan and other specified locations. Bidders must be registered with FBR, possess valid PEC categories if applicable, and comply with all eligibility criteria including non-blacklisting and submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee. Performance security of 5% of contract value is required upon award. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis.
