Sindh Bank Limited Karachi is procuring comprehensive SMS and WhatsApp messaging services to enhance its customer communication capabilities. This procurement covers acquiring SMS services for sending and receiving transactional and promotional messages, as well as an enterprise-grade WhatsApp Business API solution officially approved by Meta. The scope includes real-time delivery of approximately 2.7 million SMS messages monthly, direct connectivity with all telecom operators in Pakistan, scalable architecture, encryption options, backup links for high availability, and detailed delivery reporting. The WhatsApp solution must support two-way messaging, chatbot integration, multi-agent access, and comply with SBP and PTA data privacy guidelines. The vendor must provide APIs for seamless integration with Sindh Bank's core banking and mobile app systems, and ensure 24x7x365 support with a 99.9% uptime SLA. Eligible bidders must be ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, have an office in Karachi, and demonstrate experience with at least three commercial banks or reputable organizations in Pakistan.
