Acquisition & Renewal of in-use Adobe Software Licenses by SBP Banking Services Corporation Karachi

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) (General Services Department) Karachi invites bids for the Acquisition & Renewal of in-use Adobe Software Licenses under reference number P89902. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Renewal of Software Subscription of 15 Adobe Creative Cloud Licenses - Renewal of Software Subscription of 5 Adobe Professional Licenses - Acquisition of 3 Adobe Creative Cloud Licenses - Acquisition of 35 Adobe Professional Licenses The licenses are to be delivered and installed within 4 weeks from the date of Bid Acceptance Letter at the IT Programs & Project Management Department, Ground Floor, LRC Building, State Bank of Pakistan, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi. All supplies shall be quoted on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, insurance, transportation, installation, and integration charges. Eligible bidders must be OEMs or authorized agents/partners/resellers of Adobe in Pakistan, registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayer List, and not blacklisted by any government entity. Bid security of PKR 130,000 is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Friday, October 2, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids and annul the procurement process without liability.
