Tender Description
**Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO), Material Management** invites eligible manufacturers, suppliers and authorized dealers to submit bids for Tender No. 4407 concerning procurement of ACSR Osprey Conductor. The procurement is funded for financial year 2026-27 and is identified on EPADS by contract reference P78511. The bidding uses the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection.
Mandatory item and lot schedule: Lot 1, ACSR Osprey Bare Conductor wire, 375 Km; Lot 2, ACSR Osprey Bare Conductor wire, 375 Km; Lot 3, ACSR Osprey Bare Conductor wire, 375 Km; and Lot 4, ACSR Osprey Bare Conductor wire, 375 Km. Each lot is scheduled for delivery in four tranches of 75 Km within 60 days, followed by 100 Km in each of the next three 45-day periods. Delivery locations are LESCO Regional Store Shalamar, 132-KV Grid Station Walgon Sohail and 132-KV Grid Station Pattoki. The specified warranty period is 365 days.
The conductor must comply with Specification P-50:88 and DD-PD-7/US, amended to date, and applicable NGC or PPMC standards. Prototype approval, testing, inspection, technical literature, manufacturer authorization where applicable and conformity certification are required. Manufacturers must hold relevant prequalification or registration with LESCO, a DISCO or WAPDA formation. Bidders must be registered with FBR for income and sales tax and provide an Active Taxpayer List undertaking. At least one similar or higher-capacity completed contract is mandatory. The bid security is **PKR 14,250,000**, submitted as an approved bank instrument in favor of the CEO LESCO.
Bids must be uploaded online through EPADS v2.0 by **18 August 2026 at 10:30 AM**. Manual bids are not accepted. The original bid security must reach Chief Engineer, Material Management, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore before the deadline. Bids open electronically at **11:00 AM on 18 August 2026**. Confirm all forms, signatures, stamps, technical schedules and prototype documents before uploading, because omissions may cause rejection.
