Procurement of Furniture, IT Equipment, and Electrical Appliances for Office Rahim Yar Khan

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, District Rahim Yar Khan, invites e-bids from eligible bidders registered on Punjab e-procurement systems for the procurement of office furniture, IT equipment, and electrical appliances. The procurement will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding method under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure, following applicable procurement rules. Items being procured: - Procurement of Furniture & Fixtures for Office (Estimated Cost: Rs.6,898,000) - Procurement of IT Equipment for Office (Estimated Cost: Rs.3,355,800) - Procurement of Electrical Appliances for Office (Estimated Cost: Rs.1,948,600) The total estimated cost is Rs.13,202,400 with a required bid security of 2% of the estimated cost. Technical samples and brochures for each item are mandatory and will be subject to evaluation. Bidders must provide Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration Certificates along with other documents specified in the E-Bidding Documents. The validity of the E-Bid shall remain effective until the close of the Financial Year, i.e., 30-06-2027. The tendering process is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bid security must be deposited through 1LINK/Online Banking before the deadline. Upon issuance of the Letter of Intent, the successful bidder shall deposit Performance Security equivalent to 5% of the total contract value. Bank statements for the preceding three years and an audit report for the preceding one year certified by a Chartered Accountant are required. The closing date and time for bid submission is 24th October 2026 at 02:00 pm, with the opening of bids at 02:30 pm on the same day. Late bids will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
