Tender Description
The Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (MTI) in Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids through the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for the procurement of Active and Passive Networking equipment. This procurement is conducted under the National Competitive Bidding process following the KP-KPRA rules 2014, specifically the Single Stage Two Envelope Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) procedure. The bidding is open to manufacturers or their authorized dealers registered with the income/sales tax active taxpayer list (ATL) or FBR.

The scope includes supply of quality networking materials suitable for the Medical Teaching Institution MTI Nowshera, ensuring enhanced performance and responsiveness in healthcare services. Bidders must comply with all technical specifications and evaluation criteria detailed in the bid solicitation documents.
Eligibility requires registration with FBR and ATL, and submission of earnest money in the form of a bid security amounting to PKR 2.5 million in original call deposit receipt (CDR) or demand draft (DD) in favor of Hospital Director QHAMC MTI-Nowshera. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000 must also be submitted with the bid.
