Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (MTI) Nowshera invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding for the procurement of Active and Passive Networking equipment for QHAMC MTI, Nowshera. Items being procured: - Active Networking Equipment - Passive Networking Equipment The scope includes supply of networking hardware and related components to enhance the hospital's IT infrastructure. Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers registered with the income/sales tax reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ALT) or Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). A bid security of PKR 2.5 million in original form is required, submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) in the name of Hospital Director QHAMC MTI-Nowshera. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 28-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted by uploading scanned copies on the EPADS system on or before 11-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of QHAMC MTI-Nowshera. Physical submission of mandatory documents including the original bank deposit slip is required in a sealed envelope before the opening date. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted.
