Tender Description
The Executive Engineer College Education Works Division Hyderabad invites bids for the addition and rehabilitation of missing facilities at Govt. College Paretabad, Hyderabad. This tender is part of ADP # 682 of 2025-26 and covers comprehensive civil works including dismantling, plastering, fixing GI frames, aluminium glazing, brick work, flooring, painting, iron grill works, waterproofing membrane, and joinery among others. The scope includes both structural and finishing works to upgrade existing college infrastructure.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category CE-10 for the financial year 2025-26 and possess valid FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) registration. Experience of at least three completed similar works in the last three years along with ongoing projects is required. Financial capacity should demonstrate a turnover of at least 80% of the estimated cost and cash availability of 20% of the estimated cost. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes.
The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost and the tender fee is Rs. 3000. The contract period is 24 months. Bids must be submitted physically to the office of the Executive Engineer College Education Works Division Hyderabad by 04-05-2026 at 10:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later with date communicated via portal.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all mandatory documents including PEC registration, FBR ATL, SRB certificate, affidavits regarding litigation and blacklisting, and financial statements are complete and valid.
