Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of residential and non-residential accommodation, abnormal repair works and allied miscellaneous works at Quetta, Zhob, Lorlai, and Chaman - Repair and maintenance works of Lav Block No 4 (6x6) and 5 (4x4) at BTW Quetta Cantt - Renovation of washrooms office area and SM BK at HQ 20 Bde Quetta Cantt - Renovation of 128 Men SM BK in 42 FF Quetta Cantt - 6 x TCs and 4 x DCs B&R including minor, maintenance, deposit repair works of B/R-II B/R-III of Sub Division under GE (A) Quetta-II and Chaman, Zhob, Lli and Quetta - 6 x TC E&M for internal electric and internal water supply of E&M Sub Division under GE (A) Quetta-II at Quetta, Zhob, Lli and Chaman The technical scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance of residential and non-residential buildings, electrical and water supply systems, and minor civil works. The works are to be carried out at multiple cantonment and military locations, ensuring compliance with MES standards and schedules. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be enlisted with MES in Category 'E' with a deposit of Rs. 150,000/- or above. Contractors enlisted with other departments such as PWD, KDA, CDA, WAPDA may also apply if approved and provide relevant enlistment documents.
