Rehabilitation & Provision of Missing Facilities in Existing Colleges in District Karachi South at GGDC Gizri Zam Zama Clifton Karachi

The College Education Works Karachi Division invites bids for the Rehabilitation & Provision of Missing Facilities in Existing Colleges in District Karachi South specifically at GGDC Gizri Zam Zama Clifton Karachi. This procurement is under ADP No. 113 of 2026-2027 with an estimated cost of **Rs. 12.715 Million**. The project involves comprehensive civil works including dismantling, plastering, reinforced cement concrete, painting, flooring with glazed tiles, aluminum and UPVC fittings, and sanitary installations among others. Items being procured: - Dismantling cement concrete reinforced separating reinforcement - Cement plaster 1:4 upto 12' height - Dismantling of cement concrete block masonry - Providing and laying glazed pattern tiles - Aluminum channel framing for sliding windows and ventilators with tinted glass - 2" thick cement concrete topping - Centering and shuttering for RCC works - Plain and reinforced cement concrete works - Painting of doors, windows, and surfaces - Scraping and removing old paint - Fixing GI frames and chowkats for doors - Surface preparation and painting with matt and weather coats - Laying floor with glazed tiles and porcelain tiles - Fabrication and fixing of steel reinforcement - Graffito/graphic wall surface application - UPVC channel framing for doors with fly screen - Iron steel grills and fiber glass sun shades - Doors, windows, and ventilators of deodar wood and commercial ply - Complete water supply and sanitary fittings including W.C. pans, lavatory basins, floor traps, stop cocks, pillar cocks, bathroom accessories, mirrors, inspection chambers, fiber glass tanks, UPVC pipes and fittings The technical scope covers all civil, wood, and sanitary works as per PWD specifications and CSR-2024 rates. The site is located in Karachi South with a completion time of 24 months. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories CE09 & CE10, have valid FBR and SRB registrations, and meet all mandatory eligibility criteria including financial soundness, technical staff, equipment availability, and experience in similar works. Bids must be submitted online via the EPAD portal before **13 October 2026 at 11:00 AM** with a bid security of **Rs. 635,000** and a non-refundable tender fee of **Rs. 5,000** payable to Executive Engineer, College Education Works, Karachi Division. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the office located at Plot # 95, Depot Lines, Behind Coast Guard Headquarter, Karachi. Original tender fee, bid security, and e-stamping affidavits must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening.
