Tender Description
The Allama Iqbal Medical College (AIMC) Lahore invites e-bids from interested contractors and firms for the addition, alteration, and improvement of the toilet block in Boys Hostel No. 1 at AIMC Lahore. This procurement is specifically for construction and civil works related to the improvement of existing facilities within the college premises in Lahore.

The scope of work includes all necessary construction activities to upgrade the toilet block, ensuring compliance with relevant building standards and quality materials. The project duration is 3 months from the date of award.
Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration for the year 2026-27 with the relevant code, valid NTN/PRA registration, and Professional Tax certificate for 2026-2027. Only firms with a proven record of installation of tube well work will be considered. Bidders must register on the E-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) and submit their bids online as per the Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA 2014.
The earnest money required is 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 78,520, which must be submitted in a separate envelope before bid opening. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and E-PADS portal.
The last date for submission of e-bids is 10-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bidders are encouraged to ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification due to technical errors or internet failure. The procuring agency will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation or submission of bids.
