The General Engineering Headquarters National Support Command (GE HQ NSC) Chaklala invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for repair and maintenance works. These works include repair and maintenance of officers, JCOs, and soldiers accommodation, roads, footpaths, drainage and sewerage systems, electrical works, and water supply works under the jurisdiction of GE HQ NSC Chaklala in Rawalpindi. Contractors must be enlisted with the Military Engineering Services (MES) in Category 'E' or above and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Firms not on the MES approved list must deposit 2% of the estimated cost as earnest money in the form of FDR or call deposit pledged in the name of GE HQ NSC Chaklala. This earnest money is refundable if the contractor is not prequalified or does not secure the contract. Tender documents will be delivered to qualified contractors later.
