Additional/Alteration of Courts Building and Road Improvement from JSR to Lagaf Stak

The Communication & Works Department B&R Division Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed bids under Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) bidding procedure from well reputed and experienced contractors/firms/JV registered with valid PEC registration and relevant category/code for the following works in Skardu city. Items being procured: - Additional/Alteration of existing building of Courts, residential accommodation in GB (Construction of approach road) - Improvement/widening of road from JSR to Lagaf Stak The technical scope includes civil construction and road improvement works at specified locations in Gilgit-Baltistan. Bidders must have valid PEC registration for the current financial year with relevant category and code. Renewal receipt of registration with GB-C&W for FY 2026-27, enlistment receipt from procuring agency, CNIC of bidder/firm/JV, litigation and blacklisting certificates, and affidavit of no delayed project duly attested by 1st class magistrate are mandatory. Tender forms can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division Skardu and Commissioner Baltistan office on submission of non-refundable fee through Treasury challan. Bids must be submitted with 2% bid security in shape of CDR from any scheduled bank. Bids will be opened on 28-08-2026 at specified times in the office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division C&WD Skardu. One practical tip: Ensure your bid security CDR and all mandatory documents are complete and properly attested to avoid disqualification. Also, attend the bid opening on time as no late bids will be accepted.
