The Provincial Buildings Division-II Karachi invites bids for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an advanced Addressable Fire Alarm System for the Cabinet Room and Chamber located at the 7th Floor of Sindh Secretariat Building No I, Karachi. This procurement is specifically for the fire alarm system equipment and associated works at the specified location. Items being procured: - Advanced UK Brand 4 Loop 1 Panel with battery backup Model: MX- (Qty: 1 No) - Advanced UK Brand Smoke Detector with Base Model: 20-V100-ADV (Qty: 11 Nos) - Advanced UK Brand Multi Detector with Base Model: 20-V200-ADV (Qty: 1 No) - Advanced UK Brand Heat Detector with Base Model: AXIS-HTX / 20-V350-ADV (Qty: 1 No) - Advanced UK Brand Manual Call Point Model AXIS-CP (Qty: 1 No) - Advanced UK Brand Loop sounder with flashing light Model: AXIS-WSM (Qty: 1 No) The scope includes complete supply and installation of the fire alarm system including all accessories required for full operational readiness. The work will be executed at the 7th Floor of Sindh Secretariat Building No I, Karachi. The contractor is responsible for arranging water and ensuring compliance with the approved schedule of rates (Gen: Vol: III, Part-II, enforced 2024). Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and PEC where applicable. Bidders must submit bid security amounting to 5% of the bid value, which will be converted into performance guarantee upon successful award. The contract period is three months from the date of commencement. Income tax at 8% will be deducted from payments. Bids must be submitted by 16-11-2026 at 11:00 A.M. at the office of the Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division-II, Barrack No.18, Block 4-A, Sindh Secretariat Saddar Karachi. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same date and time. Late bids will be rejected.
