Technical Consultancy for Establishing a Government AI Cloud for Advanced Digital Data Management and AI Services

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites proposals for technical consultancy services to establish a Government AI cloud aimed at enabling advanced digital technologies through electronic data management (EDM) and AI-driven digital services in Lahore. Items being procured: - Technical Consultancy for Establishing a Government AI cloud to enable Advanced Digital Technologies through Electronic Data Management (EDM) & AI (Qty: 01, Estimated Cost: PKR 9,500,000) The consultancy scope covers the design, planning, and implementation of a secure, scalable AI cloud platform that will support electronic data management and advanced AI-driven services for government operations. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing a comprehensive roadmap, technical architecture, and implementation strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices. The project will require a multidisciplinary approach, combining expertise in cloud computing, data security, AI algorithms, and digital service delivery. Eligible bidders must submit both technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes, duly completed, signed, and stamped, in accordance with the RFP document. Proposals must be submitted at the PITB office, 11th Floor, Arfa Software Technology Park, 346-B, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, by 1100 hours on 17 August 2026. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day. Firms must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
