Procurement of Consultancy Services for Preparation of Feasibility Study and Transaction Advisory for Salt Mining Project

Sindh Lakhra Coal Mining Company, under the administrative control of the Energy Department, Government of Sindh, invites proposals from reputable consultancy firms for the provision of services related to the preparation of a feasibility study and transaction advisory for a salt mining project. The notice is published for the benefit of experienced consultants who can deliver comprehensive technical and financial advisory services for this important mining initiative in Karachi. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for preparation of feasibility study and transaction advisory for salt mining project (1 assignment) The scope of work includes conducting a detailed feasibility study, preparing technical and financial models, and providing transaction advisory services for the salt mining project. The selected consultant will be responsible for site assessment, resource estimation, market analysis, financial structuring, and assistance in the bidding process for potential investors. The assignment requires expertise in mining, geology, financial advisory, and transaction structuring. Eligible firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Firms should demonstrate prior experience in similar mining consultancy assignments and must submit an earnest money of PKR 300,000 in the form of a pay order or demand draft. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended 2019) using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The deadline for submission of proposals is 08 October 2026 at 3:00 PM at the office of Sindh Lakhra Coal Mining Company, B-89, 15th Street, Clifton, Karachi. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
