Bahria University Head Office Islamabad invites sealed bids on E-PADs for the procurement of 75 AI-Enabled Business Desktop Computer Systems or equivalent systems from established OEMs for the modernization and upgradation of computer labs at BUIC E-8 Islamabad. Items being procured: - 75 X AI-Enabled Business Desktop Computer Systems or Equivalent Systems The bidding documents detailing specifications and scope of work can be downloaded from E-PADs or the PPRA website. Alternatively, documents can be obtained upon submission of a written application on firm letterhead with NTN number and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.5,000/- via Pay Order or DD in favor of Bahria University Islamabad. The fee must be deposited at the Office of DD Procurement, Room No. 15 Basement Quaid Block, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad between 0900 to 1600 hrs except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The procurement follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. Sealed bids must reach the Office of DD Procurement, Room No.15, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad on or before 03 November 2026 by 1100 hrs. Bid security in original amounting to Rs.1740443/- must be deposited before the closing date.
