Provision and Installation of Air Conditioning in Functional Areas and IT Data Center Facility at FIAP Faisalabad

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the provision and installation of air conditioning systems in several functional areas and the IT Data Center Facility at Faisalabad International Airport (FIAP) Faisalabad. This corrigendum notice refers to the original tender published on 4th August, 2026, and extends the bid submission deadline. Items being procured: - Provision and installation of air conditioning units in various functional areas at FIAP Faisalabad - Provision and installation of air conditioning for the IT Data Center Facility at FIAP Faisalabad The technical scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of air conditioning equipment suitable for airport operational environments, ensuring reliable cooling for both general functional spaces and sensitive IT infrastructure. Bidders must ensure that all equipment meets the required technical standards for performance and energy efficiency. The works are to be executed at Faisalabad International Airport, with site visits recommended for accurate assessment. Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar HVAC and IT facility projects will be advantageous. Earnest Money and other bid securities must be submitted as per the original tender terms. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged from the original notice. The extended deadline for submission of bids is 24th August, 2026 at 1400 hrs. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1430 hrs. Submissions are to be made at the office of the Divisional Engineer ES E/M Works, MIAP, Multan.
