Procurement of Air Conditioning Spares for 504 HVAC&R Base Workshop EME

The GHQ, EME Directorate LS Branch HQ Rawalpindi Log Area (EME Branch) 41 EME Battalion 118 EME Battalion CMA (RC) Rawalpindi is procuring Air Conditioning Spares for the 504 HVAC&R Base Workshop EME located in Rawalpindi. This procurement includes a comprehensive range of HVAC&R spare parts such as accumulators, bag filters, belts, charging valves, coil assemblies, evaporator coils, compressors, condensers, motors, circuit breakers, capacitors, relays, switches, sensors, and various other components essential for maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems. The technical scope covers brand new, genuine, and OEM items with detailed specifications as per the annexure provided in the tender documents. The procurement follows the PPRA Rule 36 single stage two envelope bidding procedure, requiring separate technical and commercial bids.
