Supply of Air Layering and Cuttings in Olive Plants at Olive Farm Sangbhatti Mardan and ARI Tarnab Peshawar

The Directorate of Agricultural Research Planning Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites experienced firms to submit E-Tenders through the E-PADS system for the supply of Air Layering and Cuttings in Olive Plants at Olive Farm Sangbhatti Mardan and ARI Tarnab Peshawar. This procurement is aimed at enhancing olive plant propagation and cultivation in the region. Items being procured: - Air Layering in Olive Plants - Cuttings in Olive Plants The technical scope includes the provision of quality air layering and cuttings suitable for olive plant propagation at the specified farms. Bidders must be registered on the E-PADS platform and comply with KP-PPRA rules. The original 2% bid security as CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the undersigned before the closing date and time. Eligibility criteria require firms to be duly registered on EPAD, with valid FBR/ATL registration and relevant experience. The rates quoted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, and import clearance charges. The contract period is valid up to June 30, 2027, extendable to the next financial year under KP-PPRA rules. The tender submission deadline is on or before September 22, 2026, at 11:00 am, with bid opening at 11:30 am on the same day via the E-PADS system. In case of any delay in opening, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the single stage single envelope procedure and ensure timely submission through the E-PADS portal. For best results, bidders should prepare their technical and financial documents meticulously to avoid disqualification during the initial qualification stage.
