Tender Description
Save the Children, a leading international non-governmental organization operating in over 100 countries, is inviting qualified suppliers in Sindh to participate in the procurement for the Sindh Sustainable School Meals (SSSM) Project. This initiative aims to improve the nutrition of school-going children by supplying fresh and fortified food items.
Items being procured:
- Fresh vegetables and fruits
- Rice
- Wheat flour fortified
- Fortified vegetable oil
- Yellow split peas
- Condiments and spices
The procurement focuses on sourcing high-quality fresh and fortified food products to support impactful nutrition programs across Sindh, specifically targeting districts including Sujawal, Thatta, and others. Suppliers must be capable of delivering these items in compliance with the project's nutritional standards and timelines.
Interested suppliers and vendors are requested to express their interest by emailing to Pakistan.tender@savethechildren.org to obtain tender documents. Tender documents will be available from 7 September 2026 to 28 September 2026 between 8:30 and 16:30 hours. The final proposal submission deadline is 29 September 2026 at 16:00 hours. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Bidders should ensure compliance with all tender requirements including earnest money, technical and financial bid submissions, and registration with relevant authorities. Save the Children reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without providing reasons.
