Establish and Operate Airport Taxi Cab Service Counters at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is inviting tenders from registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors for the establishment and operation of Airport Taxi/Cab Service counters at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP) Karachi. This procurement is specifically for concession at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi, under the commercial department of PAA. Items being procured: - Establish and operate Airport Taxi/Cab Service Counter No. 02 under KCL Shed at Level-I - Along with 02 counters, each measuring 40 sqft - One counter each inside Domestic and International Arrival Lounges of Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi The scope includes setting up and managing taxi/cab service counters at designated locations within the airport terminal. The license period is five years or until outsourcing of the airport, whichever is earlier. The concessionaire will be responsible for maintaining the counters and providing efficient taxi services to passengers arriving at both domestic and international lounges. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered companies or firms with relevant experience in managing similar services. Compliance with PAA terms and conditions, submission of Earnest Money, and adherence to the single stage two-envelope bidding process (Technical and Financial bids) are mandatory.
