Annual Contract Work for Patch, Repair, Rehabilitation, Decoration and Construction in District Council Faisalabad

The District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms, contractors, and suppliers for the Annual Contract for the Financial Year 2026–27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 (as amended). Items being procured: - Annual contract patch work in limit of Tehsil Jaranwala District Council Faisalabad - Annual contract repair, rehabilitation, decoration of office building etc District Council Faisalabad - Annual contract repair, rehabilitation, decoration of different points, chowks etc District Council Faisalabad - Annual contract construction, repair and decoration residences officers / staff colony District Council Faisalabad The scope includes patch work, repair, rehabilitation, decoration, and construction/repair of residences and office buildings within the District Council Faisalabad jurisdiction. Bidders must be registered with PEC and FBR, possess relevant experience, and submit a Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost electronically through Punjab e-PS. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, Demand Drafts or Bank Guarantees will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10:00 AM on 20-10-2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives. Only electronic bids submitted through Punjab e-PS will be accepted. Manual or hard-copy bids will be rejected. The procurement will follow the Single Stage – Single Envelope bidding procedure.
